23-187 AGENCY SUBPOENAS. Currently, Agency Subpoenas recipients receive a RIMS Mail that they have a subpoena. We are requesting you to allow the agency to configure if they would like other groups or RIMS Users to receive notifications as well. This is not based on an individual subpoena, but Agency Subpoenas as a whole. For us, this would be primarily for the Supervisors to be made aware of subpoenas issued to their staff, but with-it being agency configurable, the agency could have the notice sent to any number of people they choose. The RIMS Mail would need to include the same information the current RIMS Mail contains with the addition of the employee’s name that the subpoena is for.

23-188 Ability to attach state messages to a person in the Person Record screen. For instance, someone that has been entered into the SRF (Probation). Another example is a warrant abstract for a person that may not have been attached to an incident (CAD #). It appears that there is one other field you can have the ability to attach state messages to. Plus, it would clear up my OCD with it being an even number of options to attach.

23-189 The ability to attach an officer safety BOL from CLETS (CJIN/NCIC) to a person record, as we can do via a checkbox for cases, citations, etc.

23-190 This wish pertains to abstracting a warrant from the warrant screen. On page 1 of the warrant screen there is a check box under the bail amount that states "No OR". Our wish is, when this box is checked to have the words "No OR" copy over to the abstract

23-191 Have the ability to search hyphenated names using the * in the people look up causing RIMS to search the 4 possible ways and provide the name match list.

23-195 Make a pop-up/acknowledgement screen pop-up when accessing another agencies case on multi agency RIMS. This is ideal when reviewing a person record and opening cases. We currently open our partner agency’s case(s) by mistake, and start looking it over thinking it is ours. We would like the pop-up to be similar “Do not release alert box that pops up”.

23-196 Rather than having a free field text box for the judges name, we would like to see that field as a dropdown option that each agency can preset the names of judges. The values could be activated and inactivated as needed by admin. Similar to the warrant "Status" field box.  This would apply to Agency Subpoenas, Warrants, etc.

23-201 Have the ability to do more than one command at a time on the command line. Example: U,E81,O; E,1DS2,V,8FDJ331

23-202 For Property/ID - When a deputy enters an evidence item, we would like there to be a box for evidence processing with check boxes for Lab processing requested, and specific on what they want done (DNA / latent prints)

23-208 For Stop Data: It would be great if you did not have to go between the blue "transfer stop data" area and the history area to find errors, fix and then go back to another page to the stop with the error and click it and transfer. If you only have one or two to fix it is not a problem, however when you have more than ten, it is time consuming and cumbersome to go between screens and try to find what you are looking for. Please streamline this process.

23-209 Make all outstanding RIPA entries available in one area to make it easier for officers to find their missing records.

23-210 Automatically populate agency forms (like JUS and arrest forms) with persons info (not CLETS info, info from the persons page) and add the completed form document as a case attachment

23-211 When running a person associated to a call that hasn't been assigned to a unit, add a feature to the query that allows the return to go to the incident (instead of the unit) vs adding the person via the people screen and adding them to the incident a second time

23-214 A way to not resubmit a case to DOJ/CIBRS...for example, after a record is sealed in a case, etc.

23-215 Audit log on search warrants.

23-217 Ability to duplicate the face page to another case, due to having to pull multiple case numbers.

23-218 Add note section to the incidents similar to officer's tab in cases.

23-221 Add additional tab to be able to list multiple cases that one warrant might be for. Have an alert sent to designated person or group when original arrest warrants are updated Additional area on warrant page to log that original case was updated to show arrest. Somehow connect original arrest warrants back to original case/s.

23-222 Being able to set individual reminders for incidents and cases. I know sergeants have this feature for when they are at the stage of approval. Sgt Boyle has done that but I don't have the option to set a reminder. For code enforcement and animal bite reports it requires allot of follow up and if we can set it on RIMs where it sends notifications to RIMs then that would be very helpful. Thanks!

23-223 Rotation like a tow rotation for specialty unit call outs - K9,CSI, DRE, CINT, MART etc.

23-224 Bring back UCR reports but in NIBRS format. Summarizing Part 1 and Part 2 Crimes, and breaking down property crimes by type and value stolen. (We don't want to rely on DOJ for our crime stats)

23-225 Narrow down the RIMS Reports Dispatcher Activity to one specific dispatcher at a time instead of waiting for the entire list and then have to sort out the information from there

23-228 On the F6 screen have a checkbox letting the users know if there is a suspect for this new incident. This checkbox should follow to the saved incident.

23-235 For agencies that dispatch for multiple agencies. Would like to have a switch agency in the citation module like there is in the Case module.

23-236 Oregon NIBRS - Replace the M/F column on Page 1 of Cases with another Code column. Oregon needs to see both the NIBRS and FBI code fields to ensure we don't have duplicate codes amongst offenses. Currently you can only see the FBI code when clicking on the dropdown arrow of the Offense field.

23-237 Public Records Requests: display multiple records for the same case number. Currently, if you search the PRA log by case number, the screen stays on the main PRA screen as if that PRA doesn't exist, but it's because there are multiple PRA entries associated to the same case number.

23-238 Karpel Interface/Transfer - As attachments are exported to the DA's office via Karpel, have the attachment change colors to indicate it's been transferred. This is similar to when stop data is transferred, the line item turns green in the log table. Being able to view the Attachments page and quickly see what's been shared would be much quicker than going through the Audit Trail.

23-239 Records Review - indicate when another user is reviewing a case via the Records Review log at the same time.

23-243 When multiple cases are open at the same time and the attachment display for a case is open and the attachment display for another case needs to be opened the following error message is displayed: "Attachment screen is already showing. Close that one first." The attachment display for the case a that needs to be closed is buried behind the other display screen making it difficult to find. This also happens when multiple cases are open and one of the cases needs to be closed, the following error message is displayed: "Close narrative display first". The narrative that needs to be closed is buried behind the other display screens making it difficult to find. We would like for the display screen that needs to be closed be brought to the forefront for ease of closing. We would like this to apply to all display screens.

23-255 I wish when a 911 call came in from a phone number in the system, that RIMS would identify the caller. The number prefills but puts in Verizon instead of the caller. Many of our 911 calls are from people that live in our county and are saved in our system.

23-257 When in the approve cases field when the window pops up to approve/not approve or cancel that the cancel button will bring you back into the case.

23-264 Tag Person feature - The ability to have the feature alert a specific RIMS user instead of it alerting the user creating the tag, i.e., a dispatcher or crime analyst entering the tag for a detective, but allow the notification to be sent to the detective and not the dispatcher or crime analyst. Also, (we hope this is not considered its own wish) allow for RIMS users with the SUPE and above security to remove a Person Tag from the Person Record.

23-265 Ability to show an Incident Persons contacted for a 24hr span. Example, officer advises "I think this subj is the guy from an earlier incident that dayshift was out with. Dispatch can you advise?" If we were able to pull a list of most recent contacted persons that would be great.

23-267 Officer Safety Flag - When the flag shows up in the Person Record, instead of the text pulling from the first few characters within the Text box, have it list the Officer Safety Category value so that we immediately know what type of flag it is and do not have to memorize the flag value based off the associated color. For example, a red Officer Safety Flag equals "hostile towards LE" and when it appears in the person's file it is red with the title "hostile towards LE."

23-268 Use Case: We use the Command Line function to set sign on for multiple Officers. (Unit on Duty)
However, after that function, we then need to manually go through each to assign the beat.
WISH: Request function to assign the same beat to all officers that were included in the function to set their record to on duty.

23-270 USE CASE: Location field is used as an indicator for type of work, when Officer is on duty. When the status of the office changes, when they are break – this field is not retained, needs to be manually reset when returning from a break.
WISH:
Retain officer location when status changes. We would like to be able to set the officers location and not have it change with each status change.

23-271 USE CASE: LLNL uses case status and Disposition fields as indicators for who needs to review the case. This requires the person reviewing the case to manually change the field to trigger the next person for review
WISH: Agency specific case routing workflow. Customizable routing feature. We would like a linear way to force a routing chain. Some tool to moderate and make sure that each office gets a chance to see the case before it can be closed out. Currently, we use “Disposition” and ask them to move it along to the next office.
